With the DisplayPort 2.0 cable you connect e.g. your graphics card
with a monitor, TV or video projector.
A DisplayPort cable transmits digital video and audio signals.
This cable supports a maximum bandwidth of 40 Gbps which can be a
resolution of 7680 x 4320 at 60Hz, 5120 x 2880 at 120Hz or 3840 x 2160 at 240Hz
and a color sampling of 4:2:0.
With lower frame rate you can reach higher color sampling.
